Your payment must clear before we begin processing your order. In rare cases where payment authorization fails, we reserve the right to cancel your order after 72 hours of attempted processing.
After placing your order, you'll receive an automated confirmation email within 15 minutes. Please verify all details including product selections, sizes, colors, and shipping address. We process orders within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) before shipment. During peak seasons or promotional events, processing may extend to 7 business days.
Standard shipping takes 5-10 business days after processing. Expedited options (2-3 business days) are available at checkout for an additional fee. International shipments may require 10-21 business days and are subject to customs delays. Tracking information will be emailed once your package is dispatched from our fulfillment center. We're not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs.
You may return unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 21 days of delivery for store credit or exchange. Final sale items are non-returnable. To initiate a return, email [email protected] with your order number. You're responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was ours. Refunds process within 10 business days of receiving returned items.
All items are subject to stock availability. If an item sells out during processing, we'll notify you immediately and offer alternatives or a full refund. We reserve the right to limit quantities and cancel orders that appear fraudulent or exceed reasonable personal use quantities.
