All orders undergo quality inspection before shipping. Standard processing takes 4-7 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). During seasonal launches or promotional periods (e.g., New Year collections), processing may extend to 10 business days. You'll receive email confirmation with tracking details once your athletic wear ships from our fulfillment center.
Domestic U.S. orders typically arrive within 8-15 business days after processing. International shipments to Canada/Europe require 12-25 business days, accounting for customs clearance. These extended timelines ensure proper handling of moisture-wicking fabrics and compression materials in our activewear.
We currently ship to: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Australia, and Japan. Some remote locations may require additional transit time for our specialized sportswear packaging.

For athletes preparing for competitions, we offer expedited processing (2-3 business days) with DHL/FedEx Priority. This service includes climate-controlled transport for technical fabrics and moisture-management materials.
Expedited shipping applies to: (1) In-stock performance wear (excluding custom leggings), (2) Orders placed before 1 PM EST weekdays, and (3) Deliverable ZIP codes verified during checkout. Not available for international remote locations.
Sportswear shipments may incur import duties (typically 10-20% of product value). These fees vary by country and are calculated at checkout for EU/UK customers. Unclaimed packages will be subject to a $25 restocking fee due to specialized storage requirements for activewear.
We cannot ship performance gear to PO Boxes/FPO addresses due to carrier limitations with temperature-sensitive activewear. Signature may be required for high-value orders containing premium compression wear.
Tracking numbers are emailed within 24 hours of shipment. International customers: allow 48 hours for tracking activation after customs clearance. For performance bras/leggings requiring special handling, tracking updates may be less frequent but guaranteed.
Unworn activewear may be returned within 21 days of delivery. Performance gear must retain original hygiene liners and tags. See our Returns Policy for fabric care requirements before returning moisture-wicking items.
